’90s boy band Five announce 12-date UK arena comeback tour

Iconic 90s boyband Five have reunited with their FULL line-up to announce a major new UK comeback tour. The chart-topping stars, famed for hits like Keep on Movin’ and Everybody Get Up, made the huge announcement on Thursday morning to the delight of fans.

The band’s social media platforms had sent fans into a frenzy last week with teaser announcements that hinted a comeback was on the cards. But fans have got more than they could perhaps have hoped for with news that ALL five members of the iconic group have settled their differences to reunite together for the new tour.

The band will head out to arenas across the UK later this year, including a huge return to Manchester’s AO Arena on November 7.

The tour will be the first time in 25 years that Abz, J, Ritchie, Scott and Sean will share the stage together again and the announcement 25 years since the band won their first BRIT Award for Best British Pop Act.

They will take to the road with the 12-date ‘KEEP ON MOVIN’2025’ Tour, kicking off in Brighton on Friday, 31 October 2025, before traveling across the country with shows in Bournemouth, Cardiff, Nottingham, Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Newcastle, Aberdeen and Glasgow, as well as London’s The O2.

Fans will be transported back in time for a true nineties party and night to remember, being treated to the band’s biggest hits – from “If Ya Gettin’ Down”, “Everybody Get Up” and international smash “When The Lights Go Out”, which hit the Top 10 on the Billboard Chart, to chart-toppers “Keep On Movin’”, “We Will Rock You”, “Let’s Dance”, and much more.

Scott has today said: “This has been a long time coming and it really does feel right for all of us now – 25 years on and we’re so ready for it. Reconnecting as a 5 over the last year has been special and I know I speak for all the boys when I say we can’t wait to do this all over again. Hope you’re ready!!”

Abz added: “We really can’t wait to get back on stage together & see the fans, it’s gonna go OFF! Buzzing to have Naughty Boy on tour with us too… 5 bad boys and a naughty boy, that sounds like a lot of fun. Let’s gooooo!”

The group first formed in 1997, with members Ritchie Neville, Abz Love, Jason ‘J’ Brown, Scott Robinson and Sean Conlon and have sold more than 20 million records worldwide and are the only UK act to hit the Top 10 with all of their 11 singles.

Conlon was first to quit the band in 2001, two weeks after the release of their third album Kingsize. A Greatest Hits release followed later that year but the remaining four members parted company soon afterwards.

5ive have reunited before, in 2006, though Conlon chose not to participate with the group.

It was short-lived, however, with the band splitting again a year later. In 2012, meanwhile, a second reunion followed again as a four-piece – but this time it was Brown who chose not to sign up, citing privacy concerns as the other members took part in reality series, The Big Reunion alongside several other pop acts from the same era.

Love later left too though, but the group continued to perform as 5ive with three bandmates, and released the album, Time, in January 2022.

While mentions of the band have been few and far between since then, a caption on 5ive’s TikTok last week read: “27.02.25 Loading… itsfiveofficial.com” swiftly went viral with hundreds of devotees expressing their hopes including Gemma G who said: “IF THIS IS ALL FIVE OF THEM I WILL SCREAM”.

Maracas said: “Take my money”, and Kylie (cupid) wrote: “soooo where can I buy the concert tickets?”.

We now have the answer to that question, with all the details about the shows below.
